How Information Is Used: All information collected by Muscle Activation Center LLC (names, phone numbers, email addresses via Google Forms as volunteered by clientele) is strictly used to communicate with clientele, schedule appointments, provide services congruent with state law, and will not be sold to or shared with any third party. Traffic analytics are solely used to educate Muscle Activation Center LLC and are not shared to any outside third party.
Third-Party Sharing: No information collected by Muscle Activation Center LLC, including payment processing data via Square (as provided by clientele) will ever be shared, sold or traded to a third party.
Communication & SMS Consent: According to Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) & Telecommunications Rules, we are required to gain prior express consent, follow regulations and opt-out requirements for each client if using an automated SMS software. We do not have an automated SMS or software at this time and will not be sending automated appointment reminders, confirmation texts or client updates.
Data Security & Retention: Client information obtained will be encrypted or stored appropriately as per state law.
